StreetLens documents property conditions. It does not enforce them. StreetLens LLC has filed a U.S. provisional patent application covering its systems and methods for capturing property conditions from vehicle-mounted video and GPS data and generating documentation reports, including the capture-to-report workflow used by the StreetLens platform and mobile application.

The following StreetLens products and features are protected by one or more pending patent applications: the StreetLens mobile app capture application, the StreetLens web platform, and the Conditions Report and Property Condition Record generation process.
